How do I get a copy of my invoice?

Click on the Settings tab and from the menu below select [Invoices].

Here you’ll be able to see all past and outstanding invoices. Click on 'view' on the right-hand side to view this invoice.

How do I cancel my account?

We get it, sometimes you need a break! If there's anything we can do to help you, please reach out to us via Support and we'll do everything we can to assist. But if you're still looking to suspend your license, you can do so via your Licenses page. 

How do I change the billing contact?
