Have the option on status to change to Quoted/Won and Quoted /Lost so when we filter by these status we can discuss with sales
This will allow sales teams to review success rates with different clients

Get notified when a quote is downloaded
I would like to be notified whenever an uploaded quote has been viewed/download.

Engagement Score for Builders
Subbies need the same level of relationship data that the builders receive via the Engagement Score dashboard.
It would be great to see a 12 month snapshot of a builders engagement, communication and performances.

Team dashboard
Create a dashboard for team members within your organisation to see the following:
- Who is quoting what
- When tender is due
- Download Status
- Messages and addendums per team member
- Tender send status
There is probably more to add like reports which can be used for weekly or monthly meetings with the estimation team

As Flooring Contractors do not always install Entry mats give them there own category like Bidcontender

Receive an email alert when a project has been awarded
I do receive an email alerting me that projects have been awarded but not specific ones. I was more hoping that if I select an individual project and the status changes it alerts me for that particular project
Is this possible ?

Interested
Not interested
Quoting
Quoted
So if I select quoted, I was hoping once its awarded I would be notified on that project only, if that makes sense ?6 votes -

Addendum Notifications
Currently, we only receive a notification about addendums if we have downloaded documents from that particular builder. If I have the same tender from 5 different builders, I don't download the documents from everyone of them. This is resulting in missing addendum notifications. It would be great that whether you download the documents or select that we already have them, you should get any notifications relating to that tender regardless of who you downloaded the documents from. Addendums are obviously really important to be receiving so we think this is rather important.

Consultants to be split up by their state/office.
It would be great if the consultants were created separately by their office, not nationally.

Transparency
While you can see all builders that are tendering you should also see contractors that are tendering as if their are many going for the job tendering process then you have a idea on if you spend your time to tender the job or let it go as theirs to many others going for it ect

once place not quoting cancel all further emails and notification
when i place not quoting or tendering on a project i dont want further emails and notification and i dont need to have further email for me to cancel subscription to the project. too many step to go through to cancel a invitation to a tender

Select multiple jobs at once on Open Tenders list
It would save time if we could select multiple jobs on the Open Tenders (and Invitations) list and then select our interest.

Searched Documents
It would be great to be able to download all the documents that come up from a search when you've used the search feature in a project instead of having to open them individually and saving them.
