  1. Show the Successful Tenderer of Each Project

I quoted 2 builders who were both unsuccessful so I would now like to contact the successful tenderer yet this does not appear in the system. Often the successful builder wins a job then asks for re-quotes for each trade

  2. Add a "Send Quote" feature that allows me to send a quote to all Builders on the project

I would like a way to send my PDF quote to all Builders who are tendering a project within the EstimateOne application. It would also be good if I could be prompted to send my quote to any new Builders who were not on the project when I sent my quote.

You can now send quotes through EstimateOne! You can choose whether to send it to one or all builders, and even see when it’s been accessed by the builder at the other end. Neat!

  3. Add an I am Not Quoting option for projects I have downloaded.

I would like a way to mark myself as not quoting on projects I have downloaded from the Noticeboard.

Currently I have to call the Builder to let them know I'm not interested. It would save me time if I didn't have to call.

  4. Allow me to filter tenders based on things like budget, trade required, distance etc

This filter should be saved to my account so I don't have to re-enter it each time I login to EstimateOne. Specifically, I would want to filter based on distance, trades, category, date added (like last 24 hours etc), budget.

There are lots of filters available on EstimateOne to help you sort through tenders, and your last used filter will now load when you bring up EstimateOne. You can save as many different filters as you like and apply them by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the filter name. Hope that helps!

  5. Add a way to allow Subbies to preview the tender documentation prior to requesting a package

This would be a great way of allowing Subbies to get an idea of the size and scope of the job without requiring the Builder to manually enter any information about the tender.

We’re excited to announce this new feature is available! Within your EstimateOne account you can now preview documents prior to having to download the package files. Better still, you can search the entire package for keywords to help you zero in on the relevant documents. Thanks again for this awesome suggestion, we hope it makes life easier!

Here is the link to the knowledge base article for more detail (http://support.estimateone.com/knowledgebase/articles/945403-how-do-i-preview-documents).

  6. Project Start and End Dates

Allow Builders to post the intended start and finish dates for the projects they list on the Noticeboard.

  7. Notify supplier when products are specified

This would add significant value for us. Being able to be notified when our brand is specified would allow us to filter projects effectively.

    Hi There,

You will receive a notification via the “watchlist update email” when a project on your watchlist gets awarded.

  9. Allow subcontractors to record statuses against tenders, like "Quoting", "Quoted" and "Negotiating".

This will allow me to better manage my quote pipeline, follow-up on quotes submitted, and track my win/loss rate.

This feature is now available, you now have the ability to mark projects as quoting, or not quoting, throughout EstimateOne. Happy quoting!

  10. Include the Builder's contact details in the Address Book table

Last week we logged in and were able to view all builders information including phone, fax and email detail.

We logged on today to find we're now having to drill into the builders name to view added detail and the information now appears to be buried.

I hope you can help. It would be great is we could see a report which includes all Builders name/ location/ phone/ fax and email address.

Apologies for the delayed response. We have added the office phone back to the table so you can quickly contact builders. We will further investigate the ability to export builders into a report.

  11. Designer's Contact Details

Please include information about the architect or the interior designers of Projects on the noticeboard.

This is now available! Look out for the ‘Consultants’ heading in the project slider and follow the prompts to review pricing options.
Get the Consultants details add-on to see architects and engineers on each project.

  12. Project commencement date to be listed

List the project commencement date on the summary screen to allow sub contractors to see prior to downloading packages

This feature is now available on EstimateOne to upgraded account holders.

You'll be able to view project start and end dates (where available) on the project sliders and in emails you receive that invite you to quote on a project.

  13. Allow the SEARCH function to include State in the Filter

    Filter Within:
    2 km 20 km 50 km 100 km 300 km 600 km National

Include States as well - ie NSW, NT, QLD, NSW, TAS, WA

This is now available! You can find it in the ‘filters’ table above the tenders noticeboard. Happy searching.

  14. Show icon or shade a different color if awaiting documents in current tender list

On the current tenders page it would be great if you could see which tenders were still waiting on documents so that you didn't have to click into it to double check.

Projects that have builders who have no documents are now flagged in the project list.

Look out for the blue marker under the project name that says 'No docs'

  15. When adding projects to my Watchlist it would be great if I could add a reminder on my calendar to remind me when the tender is due

This would show when the quote is due on my Calendar and allow me to plan out my workload around the due date for the quote.

Calendar Sync has now been implemented and can be accessed via your Account Settings page. The link can be copied into your app of choice using the iCAL link.

  16. Bring back the 'View All' Awarded projects and go further than 3 months

Bring back the 'View All' feature for awarded projects, and show awarded projects up to at least a year. 3 months is not enough.

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for your feedback. I can imagine it’s frustrating being unable to see projects awarded more than 3 months ago. We have made a change and you can now see projects awarded many years ago. You can now also sort the Awarded projects by the date they were added which will allow you to find the most recently awarded projects in the market. Please let us know if this change doesn’t address your suggestion or if you have any other suggestions around finding awarded work.

    Cheers,
    Gilad

  17. Filtering projects by category

We would like to be able to filter projects on the noticeboard by Project Category.

This would allow us to target projects of a specific category as not every single trade is used in all tenders.

    Project categories should include:
    - Retail
    - Commercial
    - Flats & Units
    - Industrial
    - Community
    - Civil Engineering
    - Hospitality
    - Residential

Thanks for the suggestion, this is now available! Using the ‘filters’ table above the Tenders Noticeboard, you can now sort through projects, including showing only those within particular categories” Hope this helps you find exactly what you’re after. Happy searching.

  18. Sort newly added projects by date added, not description

Newly added project list is sorted by name. New projects can be buried at end of list. List should be sorted by date added.

We’re pleased to announce you’re now able to sort projects by the date they were added to EstimateOne. New projects getting buried in an alphabetical list is now a thing of the past. Thanks again for the suggestion!

  19. Put a date next to the project to show when the documents first became available.

If the date that the project was uploaded displayed next to the project it would be easier to know what projects are new and what are old.

This feature is available on EstimateOne and you can easily see when projects were uploaded - you can also sort your project lists by date of upload whether you'd like to see the oldest or newest projects first.

  20. Exclude projects from being shown

Once a tender has been looked at by a member of my team, they should have the ability to hide this tender. Currently a tender may mention that it requires my trade, but it doesn't. It would be good to be able to hide tenders like this so that I do not have to view this tender again.
