Sort invites and responses by package then by company
Sometimes it is necessary to invite multiple contacts from the same company. When sorting the invites by package it doesn't always group all contacts from the one company together. It would be good to be able to add a secondary sort.
1 voteThanks for your suggestion. To do this, first you can filter by package, and then you can sort/order the subbies by clicking on the heading of a column. Thanks for the idea and let us know if you have any other ideas on how to improve the invites and reponses page.

Allow me to select which new file is revising an existing rather than the current process of selecting which new file revises an existing.
There are often less new files (as part of an addendum/revision) than existing so allowing us to select which of the "new" files revises an "existing" file will minimise the number of potential options we have to view.
Rarely are there more files superseding an existing document than existing documents.
2 votesThanks for your suggestion. We reviewed your feedback and have now released a redesign of the superseding process. We have added a ‘Select’ button so that you can choose a document from the current set to supersede.

Provide a comment field in the invites and responses section to allow for tender specific notes
A comment box would mean that followup calls, call back times and similar send out specific information could be captured for another person to continue calling.
8 votesNotes can be recorded on a tender level to support this.

Automatically select a contact when using the Invite Single feature if I select a company with only one contact
That way I don't have to select a contact when there is only one to choose from. The Blue "select" option should be selected by default when there is only a single contact at that company.
1 voteThanks for your suggestion! This is now available, and EstimateOne will auto select the contatct if they are the sole contact on the account.

Return the order trades are displayed in on the 'Trades Involved' page
Previously trades on the "trades" page were ordered alphabetically going down the page. Once you reached the bottom of a column you would be able find the next trade in the list at the top of the next column.
This order has been updated so that the trades are ordered alphabetically across the page. Now every 4th trade is on a new row which makes it quite easy to skip rows of trades by accident.
It would be great if we could go back to how this used to be ordered.
7 votesThanks for putting your support behind this idea. We have made some changes to the “Trades Required” page to make it easier when selecting trades. We thank you all for your feedback. Cheers, Gilad.

Allow Builders to manually enter a the address of a project, if the system is unable to find the project address entered
Your system is unable to recognise some addresses for new greenfield developments. It would be good if we could manually enter these addresses rather than trying to entering nearby addresses just so our projects can be added to EstimateOne
2 votesThanks for your feedback, this in now available. You can now manually enter the Address of a project if the Geo-Locator doesn’t find it for you.

Allow Builders to set a custom trade order
It would be great if I could set a custom order of trades.
This order would then be reflected on the Trades page in my Address Book, the Document Matrix and on the Issuing Invitations page.
This would allow me to work through trades in the order I prefer, this could be alphabetical order, in order of discipline or in the order in which my company builds.
5 votesThanks for your feedback. All trades in your account are always displayed in ascending alphabetical order. Adding an alphanumeric code to the front of each trade, will allow you to sort the trades based on these codes rather than the name of the trade. It is worth noting that your trades will always be sorted within their disciplines. If you do not want your trades organised in disciplines, you simply need to re-assign all trades to the same discipline. Cheers, Gilad

Date of Document Transmittal and the documents transmitted should show the actual dates of issue
It was shocking to notice that date and time of issue of document is not shown on 'Document Transmittal'; in lieu of the date of download is shown as 'date of issue'! This is letting subcontractors blame the builder not issuing document on time/ claiming variations. We feel a transmittal to be issued for every set of document issued 'or' the transmittal issued at the time of download should reflect the actual time of issue against each document.
It was also noticed that all the documents issued are not shown in the transmittal! Some of the documents could be superseded…1 voteWe now include the date and time the documents were issued by the builder on the transmittal, as well as the date the documents were downloaded.

Start referring the to 'Full Set of Documents' rather than the 'Full Set Package' in correspondence sent to Subcontractors
Can we please alter correspondence sent to Subcontractors, so that it refers to the “full set of documents” as opposed to the "Full Set package".

Add the ability to Delete entries from the Invites and Responses page
In the event an invitation email is sent to a Subbie who is no longer in business it would be good if we could remove this entry from our Invitations and Responses.
8 votesFrom the dropdown menu you can revoke an invitation, removing the subcontractor from your invitation list and their access so the documentation.

Link the contacts I select in contact lists to the trade they are selected for
If I select a contact for the "Aluminium Windows" trade when creating a contact list and then issue invitations to all contacts on that list. Only the Aluminium Windows trade package should be sent to that contact.
Currently when creating lists selecting a contact selects for all trades assigned to their company. This should not be the case. We only ever want to select a contact for one trade at a time.
1 voteWe have released a fix for this now.

Allow me to see Custom Fields when issuing Multiple Invitations.
It is no longer possible to create a new column when going through the process of Issue Tender Invitations (only ability to filter). Can we get this feature back so we can arrange by the Catergories set in our address book?
3 votesThanks for your feedback. We did have a slight hiccup with this so it wasn’t available with our September update. We’ve now resolved this and you can now see your custom fields when issuing multiple invitations.

Add the date and time a package was downloaded to a Subbies "Correspondence & History" on the public tender page.
It would be good if my Subbies could view when they downloaded documents as a separate entry to when they have been sent a Transmittal.
1 voteGreat suggestion, this is now an available feature, thanks for your great feedback and sorry it has taken us so long to get back to you.

Allow Builders to view the contacts on a List
It would be good if in our account we could view all contacts or companies that have been added to a list. This would make it easier to review a list that has already been created in our account.
Seeing other companies and contacts that can be added is useful but there are times when I would like to only see contacts/companies that I have added to the list.
2 votesWe have now incorporated your suggestion into Address Book searches within EstimateOne. When you conduct a search in the Address Book you now have the option to filter the results by ‘List(s)’ to show only contacts or companies who appear on the chosen list(s). Please feel free to get in touch if you any additional questions in relation to this new feature.

Add a correspondence type that allows me to send Subbies a question.
It would be good if I could then review a list Questions sent, the Subbies who were sent each question along with each Subbies' response to the question.
This would be handy in the event I need to ask if Subbies are compliant with a particular code, or if they have downloaded the latest revisions.
1 voteAppreciate the feedback. Good news! We are proud to say that this feature is now available on EstimateOne. From your Invites & Responses section, you can now correspond with invited subcontractors. Subcontractors will receive this in their email inbox. Their replies will be sent to your nominated email address.

Add a category called Mixed Use.
Project categories currently include retail, commercial, industrial etc... but often we have projects that have retail AND commercial. - ie Mixed Use
4 votesGreat news! You can now select “Mixed Use” as a category when adding a project in EstimateOne. Thanks again for the suggestion, we hope it helps connect you with the right subcontractors!

Only send the "Any updates on these tenders?" email to Administrator users of my account.
Is it essential that all of our users get these notifications?
In our organisation only the Estimating Managers update the status of closed tenders to 'lost', 'awarded' or 'withdrawn'.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. You can now adjust your email notifications preferences in the settings section of your account. You can unsubscribe your weekly report and tender reminder emails here.

Allow Builders to reuse the "Addendum Description" as the 'Message' contained in the "Addendum Notification Email"
Allow Builders to reuse the "Addendum Description" as the 'Message' sent to Subbies in in their "Addendum Notification" emails.
1 voteAppreciate the feedback. We are proud to let you know that this feature is now available on EstimateOne. The addendum description will now be automatically carried across to the addendum notification email.

Allow Builders to reuse the messages included in their "Addendum Notification" email
Allow Builders to reuse the messages previously included in their "Addendum Notification" emails.
1 voteThanks for your feedback, were always working on ways of helping our users better manage addenda messaging.
