Automatically select a contact when using the Invite Single feature if I select a company with only one contact
That way I don't have to select a contact when there is only one to choose from. The Blue "select" option should be selected by default when there is only a single contact at that company.
1 voteThanks for your suggestion! This is now available, and EstimateOne will auto select the contatct if they are the sole contact on the account.

Date of Document Transmittal and the documents transmitted should show the actual dates of issue
It was shocking to notice that date and time of issue of document is not shown on 'Document Transmittal'; in lieu of the date of download is shown as 'date of issue'! This is letting subcontractors blame the builder not issuing document on time/ claiming variations. We feel a transmittal to be issued for every set of document issued 'or' the transmittal issued at the time of download should reflect the actual time of issue against each document.
It was also noticed that all the documents issued are not shown in the transmittal! Some of the documents could be superseded…1 voteWe now include the date and time the documents were issued by the builder on the transmittal, as well as the date the documents were downloaded.

Start referring the to 'Full Set of Documents' rather than the 'Full Set Package' in correspondence sent to Subcontractors
Can we please alter correspondence sent to Subcontractors, so that it refers to the “full set of documents” as opposed to the "Full Set package".

Link the contacts I select in contact lists to the trade they are selected for
If I select a contact for the "Aluminium Windows" trade when creating a contact list and then issue invitations to all contacts on that list. Only the Aluminium Windows trade package should be sent to that contact.
Currently when creating lists selecting a contact selects for all trades assigned to their company. This should not be the case. We only ever want to select a contact for one trade at a time.
1 voteWe have released a fix for this now.

Add the date and time a package was downloaded to a Subbies "Correspondence & History" on the public tender page.
It would be good if my Subbies could view when they downloaded documents as a separate entry to when they have been sent a Transmittal.
1 voteGreat suggestion, this is now an available feature, thanks for your great feedback and sorry it has taken us so long to get back to you.

Add a correspondence type that allows me to send Subbies a question.
It would be good if I could then review a list Questions sent, the Subbies who were sent each question along with each Subbies' response to the question.
This would be handy in the event I need to ask if Subbies are compliant with a particular code, or if they have downloaded the latest revisions.
1 voteAppreciate the feedback. Good news! We are proud to say that this feature is now available on EstimateOne. From your Invites & Responses section, you can now correspond with invited subcontractors. Subcontractors will receive this in their email inbox. Their replies will be sent to your nominated email address.

Only send the "Any updates on these tenders?" email to Administrator users of my account.
Is it essential that all of our users get these notifications?
In our organisation only the Estimating Managers update the status of closed tenders to 'lost', 'awarded' or 'withdrawn'.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. You can now adjust your email notifications preferences in the settings section of your account. You can unsubscribe your weekly report and tender reminder emails here.

Allow Builders to reuse the "Addendum Description" as the 'Message' contained in the "Addendum Notification Email"
Allow Builders to reuse the "Addendum Description" as the 'Message' sent to Subbies in in their "Addendum Notification" emails.
1 voteAppreciate the feedback. We are proud to let you know that this feature is now available on EstimateOne. The addendum description will now be automatically carried across to the addendum notification email.
-
Allow Builders to reuse the messages included in their "Addendum Notification" email
Allow Builders to reuse the messages previously included in their "Addendum Notification" emails.
1 voteThanks for your feedback, were always working on ways of helping our users better manage addenda messaging.

Prevent deleted companies from showing in the Address Book Tab search bar results
When I search for a company or contact in the Address Book tab, deleted companies appear in the results.
This is not in the Address Book itself but in the search in the blue "Address Book'" tab at the top of the page.
1 voteWe have now hidden previously deleted entries from appearing when you search your Address Book.

Improve the Add New Company page to accommodate overseas companies
Currently the Address fields only reflect addresses within Australia. We are using several overseas companies but imputing their addresses is difficult using the set fields that are present in the current format.

Be able to print "exactly" what is see on the screen.
Be able to print "exactly" what is shown on the Invites & Responses screen, including all "coloured" status boxes.
1 voteHi Mark,
Are you aware that you can actually export the Invites & Responses page as a PDF?
Alternatively, you can also use the print screen or screen shot function on your desktop computer. -
Use the Estimators name to the sender of invitations instead of the Company
It would be good if emails sent to Subcontractors appeared as though they were sent by the Estimator themselves, not just the company.
1 voteThanks for your suggestion. I am proud to let you know this is now available on EstimateOne. The default is as the company name, however if you would like to change this to the Estimators name, give the Support Team a call.

Add a Deselect All option at the Invite to Tender step.
I can choose to "Select All" but there is no option to remove these selections once they have been made

Add a way to automatically revise multiple files in the same revision
We require a method of automatically matching revised documents with the original.
This is needed when revising an entire set of project documents for post-tender pricing.
Manually changing each file from 'New' to 'Supersedes' can take a large amount of time.
1 voteAppreciate the feedback. In the Addendum Wizard on EstimateOne, you now have the option to auto-suggest revisions. This features uses the file names to match up what documents are likely to need revising.

Display all contacts with outstanding tender invitation
When following up subcontractors who haven't responded to a tender, be able to see all other open tenders they're yet to respond to.
This would make it easier for a phone admin resource to complete follow-up calling as it will allow them to discuss all outstanding tenders at the same time.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. This feature is now available in EstimateOne, and is housed under the Tenders tab inside the company details of the subcontractor. Here you will see a history of all tenders you have previously invited this subcontractor too, including all the currently acitve tenders.

Allow me to re-use filters on the Multiple Invite tool
So that I do not need to reset my filters each time I issue Multiple Invitations using the Multi-Invite tool.
Filters should be saved on the project level, so that my filters are kept the same throughout the project.
If I update my filter during a project, this new filter should be saved and retained for the duration of the project. This new filter should replace any past filters that were saved for the project.
1 voteThanks for the great suggestion. We have put this great feedback into practice.

Differentiate the subject line of construction phase RFQs from invitations to tender
The RFQ emails (for an awarded construction project in delivery phase) are too similar to the invitation to tender emails. Some subbies are telling us they are getting "lost amongst the noise" of the invitation to tender emails and they would have responded quicker if they realised it was a live project.

Ensure that contact details are displayed in a consistent format throughout my Address Book.
All contact details should be displayed as follows:
- All Australian phone numbers should use a "space" as a separator i.e (##) #### ####
- All Australian mobile numbers should use a "space" as a separator i.e #### ### ###
- The first letter in each word in a company's names should be capitalized0 votesAppreciate the feedback. When we integrate your account originally, our Integration Team goes through the process of adjusting this information to show it in a clear and concise manner. However, after this is done it will be up to the individual company to maintain their data as they make changes moving forward.
