Allow us to integrate EstimateOne with a CRM using an API
Thank you everyone for the comments and feedback here, we completely understand the value that integration would provide. It’s something we’d love to do, but will take some time to figure out the best approach, it appears there are a lot of different tools people want to integrate with! Thank you for the suggestions, they are certainly taken on board by the team here.

Hi Admin, do you have a roadmap to provide API Documentation for integrations? I could not find the information.

Just build a REST API and let us handle the integration

Might be coming in here a bit late but would LOVE to see EstimateOne integrate with simPRO and SalesForce. As many other people have commented, the integration would save hours of manual labour and double handling entering information. Please consider it.

Hi Admin,
We have been requesting for over a year now. We can suit our CRM package to your API (so it should not matter how many different tools there are to integrate with??) and extract the relevant data that is appropriate. Can you please provide a timeframe on when this will occur?

Is there any update on the status of this project? Have you released API's to the developer comminity yet?

If it seem daunting where to start with an api and which CRM to start with, why not look at Zapier as in integration platform. This will instantly make it possible to connect to almost every CRM on the market. zapier.com

We use Microsoft Dynamics - plug into CRM would definitely be desirable!!

We use a proprietary CRM and regular update it with data from various sources to track projects, manage client contact and seek new opportunities. It would be fantastic to be able to have this feature enabled by Estimate One.

We are currently using WorkflowMax. It has an open API and has a Lead module that functions as a CRM.
We have been investigating Sales Force as a CRM as it too has an open API and a connects with WorkflowMax.Two other programs we are investigating are Infusion Soft as a CRM and simPRO as Project Management software.
The key factor driving this is TIME and MONEY. A data entry person costs both and can make mistakes and is not instant.
Both of which can be fixed with an native API connection to one or all of the SAAS mentioned above.Hope this provides the clarification your require.

I would like to suggest integrating salesforce with estimate one. Salesforce is a very popular CRM around the world and one that we currently use internally within our company. On some days there could be 20+ tenders come from estimate one. It is a very manual process to take the information from estimate one and the re-input the same information into salesforce. It would be helpful to export this information to an excel file or integrate estimate one with salesforce and in turn other CRM platforms. This in turn would provide a very big difference and advantage in your product to other tender based platforms.

EstimateOne (EO) to Develop an API to allow open source programs eg. Salesforce, Dropbox, Gmail, WorkflowMax to extract specific data in EO to seamlessly flow from one program to another to eliminate manual data entry, saving time and human error.

Is it possible to have a CRM built in where i can enter notes as to the customer and say i have viewed this project but nothing applies to me or move it into a area whilst waiting for my package request to be approved so that it is easier to manage and you don't have to keep trying to remember what each project is about.
