Further to my earlier suggestion by e-mail to Sophie and Melanie, can you please include the closing date in the subject line of the Invite as the subbies often read from their mobiles and keep tracking/responding to the quote request.

eg: 'Project Title' - Suburb; Tender Close: 18/12/19
