Provide a comment field in the invites and responses section to allow for tender specific notes
A comment box would mean that followup calls, call back times and similar send out specific information could be captured for another person to continue calling.

Notes can be recorded on a tender level to support this.

A TRADE SPECIFIC comment area would be a great help. This would draw subbies attention to project specific quirks and enable the estimator to get them out of the way when issuing the documents rather than chasing it up after the quote has been submitted
