Allow our Subbies to upload their quotes to EstimateOne and have these sent to us in bulk rather than us asking them to email and fax them through to us.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for implementing the quote upload feature. We provide the following comments for consideration.
- The current application only allows individual download of quote files. this is not practical as when a tender is won we need to download all files which may be hundreds of quotes. To do this individually is not is not productive as it would take an enormous amount of time.
To make the application suitable for use a download button on the trade package would be required so that all quotes in that trade are downloaded in one click.
until this feature is implemented the quote feature does not provide any value. -

Other platforms have the ability for subcontractors to upload quotes directly and the option for the builder to upload the quote if sent by email.
Document control is a huge part of any tendering system and to have the quotes stored with the subcontractor invitation where all users can access is a huge advantage.
