Subcontractors you don't want to use anymore
To archive a company in your address book, click on their listing and select the ‘Archive Company’ link in the bottom right-hand corner.
This will archive the company and prevent your team from sending new tenders to them.
To find a previously archived company, select the 'Show archived companies' option in your address book search.
This will allow you to view the entries for archived companies and un-archive them if needed.
