What if I have more than one account?
How to know if you have multiple accounts?
- You receive multiple Monday Morning or Mid-Week Update emails
- You receive an email from us asking if you would like to create an account after being invited to a project
- You can’t access awarded work but you have a full membership
- You are missing projects from your watchlist that you added
- You can't find all invites to projects that you're receiving
- You can't see the rest of the team you're a part of under the 'Team' tab
What if I need two accounts?
If you need to navigate between multiple accounts, click on your name in the top right hand corner to bring out the drop down menu. Here you’ll be able to switch between your multiple accounts.
[note: if you can’t see your other accounts you could be signed in under the wrong email address. Any issues, please reach out to us as these situations are usually quite unique]
Am I able to merge my account with a colleagues account?
Of course, we actively encourage you do this. Having one account per company means you can collaborate on projects with your colleagues and ensure you’re not double handling / missing work.
