You can now view the status of your package from the Schedule all in one handy dashboard. Here you can:
- See package milestones, status and an overview of quote coverage
- View Tender responses for this package (see below)
- Add Scopes of Work
- Invite Subbies
- View post-award responses and view post-award quotes
How do I get to a package dashboard?
From the letting schedule, select the name of any package. This will take you to any package dashboard.
View Tender responses for this package
If you have handed over this project from tender, your Subbie responses from tender will have been imported. This provides you with rich information which can be discussed at handover and to decide who you will invite to the post-award phase of your project.
This includes the;
- Subbie Company name
- Quote Status
- Quote attachment
- Quote amount
- Any notes left
