Understanding your letting schedule

The letting schedule is a really powerful tool that allows you to prioritise which packages you work on, collaborate with your team and track high-level financial results. Below is a guide to the visual indicators you will come across as you work on your letting schedule.

Want to set up your letting schedule? Learn how here.

Package Status

The status of a package is summarised in the status column. There are three package statuses that you will come across:

"Draft" - When no RFQ's have been sent to Subcontractors your package.
"Pricing" - RFQ's have been sent for pricing but no decision has been made to award.
"Awarded" - These are the packages that have been awarded to Subcontractors. Hover over the "Awarded" badge to see which Subbie your package was awarded to.

Priority

Nominate the importance of a package by selecting from the following priority status options:
Selecting 'Critical' provides the option to add a note to the package. This note is only visible within your team, and can't be viewed by Subcontractors or Suppliers.

Quote Coverage

Quote coverage gives you a snapshot of responses you can always mouse over to see the exact amount.

(Quoted) - Subbies who have responded with a quote
(Quoting) - Subbies who have responded that they will send a quote
(Not Quoting) - Subbies who have responded that they won't be quoting
(No Response) - Subbies who are yet to respond to the RFQ

Colour Coded fields

The different colours indicate the progress and areas that require your attention, facilitating your tracking of essential procurement dates for your project.

The below table that describes each colour and the column it applies to:

Milestone Dates

Overdue Package

A red date indicates that the date is overdue. You will also be shown a calculated field indicating how many days overdue your package is.

Upcoming Package

Packages with a milestone date in the next 7 days will display an orange warning to let you know that this package will require action in the next week.
