Flagging risks and storing notes

Use our package-level Notes and Flags functionality to keep track of any key details or risks you may want to remind yourself or your team about during the procurement process.

In this article you will learn how to:
  • Add a flag
  • Review your flags and notes for a package
  • Remove a flag
  • Add a note only
1. Add a Flag
  • Navigate to the Schedule tab of your procurement project
  • Select the Flag icon on the line of the package you want to flag

A slider will pop out to the right of your screen.
  • Populate a Note with your flag to let yourself and your team know what this red flag is indicating. Notes are internal only and Subbies cannot see them.
  • Select 'Add Flag'
  • This will populate the Flag and the note in the Package note history

2. Review your flags and notes for a package

When you return to the Schedule you will see that this package has a red flag symbol next to it.

Notes do not automatically show on the Schedule, so you will need to enable them using the 'Columns' button on the far right.
  • Select 'Columns' and then toggle 'Notes' on

To access the 'History' which will show you all flags and notes, select the comment bubble next to any visible note.

3. Remove a flag
In the Schedule you will see that this package has a red flag symbol next to it. If you would like to remove it, simply click it again and it will return to grey.

4. Add a note only
  • To add a note, select the grey comment bubble on the same line as the package
  • Type in your note and select 'Add note'
