Managing post-award Subbie Responses

Managing post-award Subbie Responses

Track your subcontractor responses by heading to the individual Package Dashboard by selecting a package name from the letting schedule.

When a subcontractor downloads their package or responds to your invite, this page will automatically update. You can also manually update responses from the dropdown menu on the right of each contact.

Here you can track:

See the quote value in the responses table
Click  to access the document

Document Status

Do they have the most recent docs?

Scope Status
Has the Subbie viewed the Scope of Works?

 - Downloaded package on June 27 (not the latest package)

 - The contact already havs the documents/package

 - The contact has been sent a hard copy of documents

 - The contact has ‘Declined to Quote’ - updating the status to NQ will turn off notifications for this project to the subcontractor. Either the subcontractor or you can update this status.

 - The contact is intending on ‘Quoting’ for you. Either the subcontractor or you can update this status.
