Why do I need to use a one-time code?

If you don't have an EstimateOne account, you can enter a one-time code to access packages instead. One-time codes are a secure method to access project documentation after being issued an enquiry.

One-time codes ensure only you can access confidential documents, and submit quotations. 

How do I use a one-time code?

It's a very quick process. After receiving a request to tender/quote from a Main Contractor:

1. Click the button or link in the email to access documentation.
2. In the page that opens, choose to get a one-time code (if you don't want to log in). Don't close this page.
3. You should receive an email with a one-time code. Copy or remember the code - don't forget to check you Spam or other folders.
4. Go back to the page and submit the code - that's it!

Once successfully submitted, you don't need to do this again for other requests for other projects or other Main Contractors for 30 days.

Do I have to enter a one-time code every time?

No. As long as you are using the same browser (and you haven't cleared your cookies), being verified by a code lasts 30 days.

Which means you don't need to do this again for other invitations for other projects or other Main Contractors for 30 days.

If you are trying to access projects on different computers or devices, they will need to be verified by a code separately.
