Allow us to sort Spec Search results by date
When searching for our product, the search often yields pages of results. Would be great if we could sort the list of results from newest to oldest or oldest to newest.
5 votesThanks for your patience Amy.
We have now rolled out the ability to sort and filter spec search results the same as you can on the tender noticeboard.
The feature is currently being rolled out to all users and you should see it in your account in the next few weeks.

Fix closing date confusion
- e.g. tenders list shows "today", open the tender & the closing date shows "tomorrow". Suggest keep the date field (unambiguous) and use color code e.g. yellow = this week & red = today
5 votesThis should now be fixed and display correctly.
You may find instances where the tenderboard shows “Today” but the project details popup says “Tomorrow”, due to different builders having different closing dates.
Please let us know if there’s any other display issues with this!

Post only tenders for which you have plans
Post only tenders for which you have plans
5 votesHi Paul,
Using the ‘filters’ table above the Tenders Noticeboard, you can now sort through projects, including showing only those with “Documents Available.” which should help with what your suggestions here. Happy searching. -
View awarded projects on a map
I would like to be able to view awarded work on a map. This would be useful to view recently awarded projects in a certain area.
5 votesThanks for your patience. This feature is now available. When viewing the Awarded tenders tab, click on the “Map” button to view all awarded projects in the last 60 days on Google Maps.

Updating this a bit late, but the builders have been re-added to the table!

Weekly Report / Tender Reminders: Email feed needs a Filter per User
Our Company has users who require notice of different 'Categories' and also different 'Trades' of work.
A filter should be accessible on the Settings page to enable selective reports/reminders (e.g. "update you on projects that have been listed... AS RESIDENTIAL").Current generic/Company-wide email reports are often enough remarked as irrelevant/spam.
Enabling all Users to operate in a single Company account but still get relevant news from Est1 would be great!4 votesHi Byron,
Thank you for this feedback. Individual users of a team account can now turn on or off the emails in their user settings page.Filtering of emails and creation of reports will become part of a larger review in the near future, reorganising the way EstimateOne communicates with you on a weekly basis. Stay tuned for more info!

Add ID Number to tenders which you have been invited to so you are able to send quotes to multiple builders.
The ID Number appears on the Current Tenders page although when you have been invited you are unable to view an ID Number. Could you please add an ID Number to tenders which you are invited to?
4 votesThe project ID is now visible on the Invites & Requests page, to help you find and manage projects you’re working on.

Add a filter that shows only projects closing today and tomorrow on the All Open Tenders table
That way I do not miss out on pricing for a Builder who is pricing a project that multiple Builders are pricing, some of whom have a much later closing date.
4 votesHi Guy,
We now have filtering available on both the open and awarded tender pages, so you can sort projects and find those closing dates.
We’d love to hear from you if you are finding these filters helpful, or have any further suggestions. Thank you! -
Links within 'Watchlist Update' emails should point towards the specific project
It would help me save time if the links were specific to each project, rather than being taken to the Tenders Tab and having to search for the project
4 votesThanks again for pointing this out! From now on the links in your watchlist emails will point you straight to the project – so you don’t have to waste time searching for it.

Do NOT add project to my WATCHLIST when downloading drawings
When looking at drawings to see if it's a job I'm interested in, it gets added automatically to my watchlist.
Adding projects to the watchilst should be a manual choice.4 votesProjects are no longer automatically added to your watchlist when you download the documents.

For Awarded jobs include the YEAR please. Still not shown!
Below comments mentions that Awarded date is not included, however it does not say the year??
3 votesThanks for the feedback, this is now visible.

Refreshing Invitations and Requests; Our list runs to many pages, when you change your response to an item your system refreshes to Page 1,
It should refresh to at least the page you were on, preferable the item in the list before the one you just updates
3 votesThe fix for this issue is now available.

Could watchlist show more than 10 projects?
Currently on watchlist page under "open tenders on watchlist" I see only 10 projects. To view more watched projects I have to click Archive. I'd like to see all watched projects on same screen.
Recently awarded projects are taking up space on watchlist, but they are already listed under the Awarded tab.
3 votesWe have had a tinker with the watchlist to ensure it always shows all your open projects. If you have any further suggestions, please send them through!

In search allow to flag project as not interested
When searching projects all searches for a partcile word or trade come up, even though you may have decided not to quote or be interested in project. It would be great if you could flag a project as not being interested and once flagged it will no longer come up in search. Search can be quite full of projects and some you have already decided not to tender for. Just a thought.
3 votesWith the new website layout, we made this possible! If you have any further suggestions, please send them our way. Thanks! :)

Not Interested = Not Quoting
If you label a project as 'Not Interested' then the quoting box in Invitations should change to 'Not Quoting' for the same project.
3 votesWhen you mark a project as ‘Not Interested’ in EstimateOne, we will now prompt you to mark any open invitations as ‘Not Quoting’. Thanks for the great suggestion, we hope it speeds things up for you!

Allow me to filter the Awarded Work based on the closing date.
I can filter to show projects within a set distance of an office I would like a similar ability to filter based on the date the project was awarded. This will allow me to filter out historical projects that may have been completed already.
3 votesHi David,
This feature is available! You can find it in the ‘Filter’ table above the awarded tender noticeboard.
Hope this helps, if you have any further questions please get in touch. -

This forms part of the recent Filters launch, so you can now filter projects by certain dates. This applies to both the open and awarded tender pages.
Filtering within specifications search will be coming in the near future.

Is there any way I can sort awarded by budget, whilst filtering to show only projects that were awarded within the last # days/weeks/months?
It would be good if we could filter awarded work to show only projects awarded within a specific number of days, weeks or months.
We would still like to be able to sort the projects while the filters are applied.
3 votesHi Dev,
This is now available! You can find it in the ‘filters’ table above the tenders noticeboard. Happy searching. -
Add the Ability to Sort projects by Project Closing Date.
It would be good if we could sort Project's by closing date. This feature was removed in the updates released on September 26th.

Put the Project number ( #12345 ) at the top of every email !
The daily updates with a list show which project the line is referring to.
The ADHoc initiated by a user do not contain the Project number.
It saves a heap of searching when there are several names that are similar.2 votesAll emails regarding a specific project will now include the Project ID, so you can quickly reference the project against your preferred method of tracking. Please let us know if you have any feedback!
