Project Start and End Dates
Allow Builders to post the intended start and finish dates for the projects they list on the Noticeboard.

I agree. Especially with many large projects on the go. It would be helpful to see if even a rough start date. This feature would be super helpful.

Even just the month of the commencement will help us gnatt chart the information after the tender is priced.

If a Construction program/ timeline was issued with each tender subcontractors can track potential dates of construction with each tender. It is frustrating pricing all this work with no idea when the project is supposed to take place.... we are consistently turning down work and frustrating builders as we price a lot of work and cannot track it accurately due to this lack of information.
I realize sometimes this is hard due to the nature of construction however they have some idea and should not be allowed to post the project if they cannot give some sort of information regarding timelines.
