Weekly Report / Tender Reminders: Email feed needs a Filter per User
Our Company has users who require notice of different 'Categories' and also different 'Trades' of work.
A filter should be accessible on the Settings page to enable selective reports/reminders (e.g. "update you on projects that have been listed... AS RESIDENTIAL").Current generic/Company-wide email reports are often enough remarked as irrelevant/spam.
Enabling all Users to operate in a single Company account but still get relevant news from Est1 would be great!4 votesHi Byron,
Thank you for this feedback. Individual users of a team account can now turn on or off the emails in their user settings page.Filtering of emails and creation of reports will become part of a larger review in the near future, reorganising the way EstimateOne communicates with you on a weekly basis. Stay tuned for more info!

Add a "Quoted" or "Quote Sent" option for subcontractors to select in Invitations & Requests
Under invitations and requests, the tab with "response" that shows quoted etc. Once we have quoted not all builders will change it to "quoted". It would be helpful to have an option where we can change it to say " quote sent" so it's easier to filter through the tenders.
12 votesHI Karen,
This has been implemented and is available to use. Please let us know if you experience any issues with it. -
Use of full date (year) and not just day and month.
As many of our projects run over several years from concept to completion it would be helpful to see the year and not just the day and month as used in many occasions.
2 votesHi Grant,
Our table and search results now display day, month, and year. Hope that helps! -
Easy return to specification search
When doing a spec search and then looking for documents, when you hit the back button it takes you back to the beginning not the place you left off. Please correct.
6 votesThis is now corrected. Apologies for the error!

Allow subcontractors to compile all tender invites together on the company account
Allow subbies to compile all tender invites together in one place - regardless of who the invite was sent to. Also having the ability to assign tender invites to an individual user will help the estimating manager oversee and organise work flow
8 votesThis is now available under the “Team” tab, and the “Invites & Responses” tab. You’ll find filters on both pages that assist you in viewing your teams invites. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Allow me to filter by closing date for awarded projects that appear in specification search results.
Currently any project will appear so long as it mentions the keyword I have searched for.
I would like to be able to filter the results to show projects awarded within the last 18 months.
7 votesYou can now filter and sort specification search results as you like. Any feedback, please let us know!

Link you with your other users so we can all see each others notes so salesman don't double quote projects Link you with your other users
To authorize sales consultants of the same company to view each another interest, activities in specific to the certain project.
1 voteHi Max,
All users of an account are actually able to see the notes left on any project by another user. If your notes are still not displaying, please first make sure that both users are on the same account (name and account ID are the giveaways). That’s the usual culprit. If there’s still an issue, please let us know and we’ll be happy to dig a little deeper. -
Sort projects as they were sorted
When I load a page in EstimateOne please sort projects as they were sorted last time I was on this page.
By default the tables are sorted on date added / date awarded. It would be good if when I update the sort and navigate off the page if the page was sorted in the same way when I go back to it.
1 voteHi Nicole,
The tenders page now restores the last sort and filter that was applied.
If you’re still having issues with this, please let us know. -
Thank you for our service however there is one thing that would assist me the 600Km radius is to small for WA there are many tenders that in
Although we do not generally do work out side of WA But WA is a large state which is not covered by the limitations of the 600Km there for we need a WA Search App so as not to have to search through the national App
1 voteHi There,
You are now able to filter the noticeboard by state – hope this makes life easier for you!

Not Interested = Not Quoting
If you label a project as 'Not Interested' then the quoting box in Invitations should change to 'Not Quoting' for the same project.
3 votesWhen you mark a project as ‘Not Interested’ in EstimateOne, we will now prompt you to mark any open invitations as ‘Not Quoting’. Thanks for the great suggestion, we hope it speeds things up for you!

Hi There,
You will receive a notification via the “watchlist update email” when a project on your watchlist gets awarded.
-
When adding projects to my Watchlist it would be great if I could add a reminder on my calendar to remind me when the tender is due
This would show when the quote is due on my Calendar and allow me to plan out my workload around the due date for the quote.
19 votesCalendar Sync has now been implemented and can be accessed via your Account Settings page. The link can be copied into your app of choice using the iCAL link.

Have a page listing 'Closed Tenders' as you do 'Current Tenders'.
Once I have exhausted 'Current' and 'Awarded' tenders, I'd like to be able to sift through a list of 'Closed' tenders before they're awarded.
2 votesThis was created with the new website layout. Any questions, please let us know!

Allow me to filter the Awarded Work based on the closing date.
I can filter to show projects within a set distance of an office I would like a similar ability to filter based on the date the project was awarded. This will allow me to filter out historical projects that may have been completed already.
3 votesHi David,
This feature is available! You can find it in the ‘Filter’ table above the awarded tender noticeboard.
Hope this helps, if you have any further questions please get in touch. -
Show how long ago a project was awarded when looking at "Awarded" projects in Search Results
Currently a green icon appears clearly stating that the project was awarded however it is unclear how recently this was awarded. Some of the projects I find were awarded up to 3 years ago which is unhelpful and hard to figure out when viewing the project details.
11 votesSearch results for Awarded work throughout the website should now be accompanied with the awarded date to provide clarity, thanks for the feedback!

We have supercharged the Builder Directory to give you this. You can now favourite builders by clicking the little star next to their name, then click “Favourites” up the top to only show your favourite builders.
This doesn’t yet carry over to the tender noticeboard, but we’ll see what we can do to make it even better :)

We will be expanding the My Team tab with new functionality moving forward, so please feel free to provide feedback.

Highlight which packages contain all documents that my "specification search" keyword appears in.
Specification Searches are really good to find which projects have documents that mention the specific keywords I am intersted in. However it is not easy to find which packages contain these documents. It would be good if you could surface these packages rather than having to download a full set.
7 votesHi There,
I believe you are now able to accomplish this by searching within the document previewer (see support article: http://support.estimateone.com/knowledgebase/articles/945403-how-do-i-preview-documents).
