Include the Builder's contact details in the Address Book table
Last week we logged in and were able to view all builders information including phone, fax and email detail.
We logged on today to find we're now having to drill into the builders name to view added detail and the information now appears to be buried.
I hope you can help. It would be great is we could see a report which includes all Builders name/ location/ phone/ fax and email address.
23 votesApologies for the delayed response. We have added the office phone back to the table so you can quickly contact builders. We will further investigate the ability to export builders into a report.

Bring back the 'View All' Awarded projects and go further than 3 months
Bring back the 'View All' feature for awarded projects, and show awarded projects up to at least a year. 3 months is not enough.
19 votesHi Brian,
Thanks for your feedback. I can imagine it’s frustrating being unable to see projects awarded more than 3 months ago. We have made a change and you can now see projects awarded many years ago. You can now also sort the Awarded projects by the date they were added which will allow you to find the most recently awarded projects in the market. Please let us know if this change doesn’t address your suggestion or if you have any other suggestions around finding awarded work.
Cheers,

Include project budgets when looking at projects by builder.
When filtering projects by builder, once you click on a specific builder to view their projects, the budget information is not listed.
1 voteWe have now added project budgets back into the Address Book. Please let us know if there are any issues!

This forms part of the recent Filters launch, so you can now filter projects by certain dates. This applies to both the open and awarded tender pages.
Filtering within specifications search will be coming in the near future.

Do NOT add project to my WATCHLIST when downloading drawings
When looking at drawings to see if it's a job I'm interested in, it gets added automatically to my watchlist.
Adding projects to the watchilst should be a manual choice.4 votesProjects are no longer automatically added to your watchlist when you download the documents.

Include a date in the main screen applicable to Awarded Tenders
Awarded Tenders/Projects - need to have a date included in the AWARDED block for a quick visual reference, rather than having to open a file and drill down to the History area
1 voteThe awarded tenders tab now shows the date the project was awarded, so you can filter and sort this as you desire. Happy searching!

Job Maps could be updated showing a correct location of sites
Correct map location of job sites
2 votesThe map package has recently been updated to increase its accuracy. There may still be times where the pin is placed on a suburb instead of an actual address. This is often due to the builder not inputting the full address, or spelling it incorrectly. We’ll work on making this even better in the future.

Add an I am Not Quoting option for projects I have downloaded.
I would like a way to mark myself as not quoting on projects I have downloaded from the Noticeboard.
Currently I have to call the Builder to let them know I'm not interested. It would save me time if I didn't have to call.
43 votesThanks again for the great suggestion! We have now introduced the ability to let a builder know whether you are intending to quote on a project from within your EstimateOne account. Hopefully it makes following up with builders a lot quicker for you!

Add the Ability to Sort projects by Project Closing Date.
It would be good if we could sort Project's by closing date. This feature was removed in the updates released on September 26th.

Is there any way I can sort awarded by budget, whilst filtering to show only projects that were awarded within the last # days/weeks/months?
It would be good if we could filter awarded work to show only projects awarded within a specific number of days, weeks or months.
We would still like to be able to sort the projects while the filters are applied.
3 votesHi Dev,
This is now available! You can find it in the ‘filters’ table above the tenders noticeboard. Happy searching. -
Notifications
When documents are requested, please only send notification to the person who requested it. Sending notifications all around the office ends up with the incorrect person working on the tender.
2 votesGreat feedback. Only the user who requested project documents will now be notified when documents have been made available.

5 votesHi Paul,
Using the ‘filters’ table above the Tenders Noticeboard, you can now sort through projects, including showing only those with “Documents Available.” which should help with what your suggestions here. Happy searching. -
Only notify the User who requested documents when approved
Only email the User who requested documents once the request is approved or declined. All other Users of the account do not need to be notified once a download request has been actioned.

Share Projects
When viewing Project invitations or Projects on the Noticeboard, it would be good to have an option that allows me to share the project with other Users at my company. This will allow me to better communicate with members of my Estimating team.
7 votesTo share projects within your team/company, simply add it to your Watchlist by marking the project as “Interested”. All users of a team share the same Watchlist.
If you find that adding to your watchlist doesn’t allow your other team members to see the project, please check to make sure that you are both on the same team account. Sometimes people mistakingly create a new team instead of joining an existing one.
If you’re not sure, get in touch with our support team, they’re always happy to help. -

Exclude projects from being shown
Once a tender has been looked at by a member of my team, they should have the ability to hide this tender. Currently a tender may mention that it requires my trade, but it doesn't. It would be good to be able to hide tenders like this so that I do not have to view this tender again.
14 votesThanks for supporting this suggestion, we are excited to announce it’s available! Now you and your team can better collaborate on reviewing the projects on the noticeboard. Here are the links to the knowledge base articles for more details:

View awarded projects on a map
I would like to be able to view awarded work on a map. This would be useful to view recently awarded projects in a certain area.
5 votesThanks for your patience. This feature is now available. When viewing the Awarded tenders tab, click on the “Map” button to view all awarded projects in the last 60 days on Google Maps.
