Awarded Contracts viewable for Paid only Members
As soon as a contract is posted as awarded, builders are flooded with offers. This often results in the project going to those who DID NOT put in the work at tender time, or even provide an offer before due date. Very disappointing to see grubs abusing this service like this. Even worse to see builders supporting this practise.

Awarded projects and their documents (and builders) are only visible to upgraded, paid subbies and suppliers right now. Let me know if there’s something you had in mind further than this restriction, I’d be keen to understand your perspective. -
Make tender ID number visible after clicking "Print"
Thanks for making tender ID number available for quick search.
However, although we could see tender ID number on key tender details page, it disappears after clicking the "Print" button.
Therefore, it would be great to have tender ID number visible after clicking "Print".

Notification/ Reminders
I'm not sure if there is a current setting for this;
Can you incorporate Outlook's Calendar where Tender Due dates are visible on your calendar?
This way, at the start of every week, as well as every morning you can ensure tenders are not missed or forgotten about.
Email reminder from estimate one often have many different contexts. therefore the importance can often be dismissed and easily put into the 'I'll read the email later basket'. - which we all know, can be a very long time.1 voteSounds like our Calendar sync feature would help you out there – set it up and you’ll get all tender deadlines in your Outlook calendar so you don’t miss a deadline!

Put the Project number ( #12345 ) at the top of every email !
The daily updates with a list show which project the line is referring to.
The ADHoc initiated by a user do not contain the Project number.
It saves a heap of searching when there are several names that are similar.2 votesAll emails regarding a specific project will now include the Project ID, so you can quickly reference the project against your preferred method of tracking. Please let us know if you have any feedback!

More filters for searches
Such as by builder, by distance (in kms and not just by state)
1 voteThanks for the feedback! We know filters are useful, did you know you can already filter to specific km distance from your office location? You just need to select ‘office’ from the Distance filter, and choose the km distance from the options.
When it comes to builders, are you familiar with the Directory tab where you can browse all builders using EstimateOne?
In here, you can filter to a distance from their head office, and also sort by the number of open and closed tenders. You can even favourite builders you work with often (or would like to). -
A usage report to be made available
A usage report to be made available of all team members of a company; this will facilitate account monitoring as well as usage and can even be used to monitor sales representative performance.
Also, that team members last log-in details is only available for viewing to the administrators and not to every single team members.

Can awarded tenders be shown in date date from when they have been let as they used to be
Can awarded tenders be shown in date order from when they have been let as they used to be
2 votesThe awarded table is now sorted by awarded/let date as default (newest to oldest).
If your table is showing different, please click the “Awarded” column header and it will sort them to your preference.

For Awarded jobs include the YEAR please. Still not shown!
Below comments mentions that Awarded date is not included, however it does not say the year??

Project commencement date to be listed
List the project commencement date on the summary screen to allow sub contractors to see prior to downloading packages

You'll be able to view project start and end dates (where available) on the project sliders and in emails you receive that invite you to quote on a project.

Refreshing Invitations and Requests; Our list runs to many pages, when you change your response to an item your system refreshes to Page 1,
It should refresh to at least the page you were on, preferable the item in the list before the one you just updates

watchlist
On previous layout, when I changed the status on the watchlist (ie: interested, Not Interested etc..) the page will not refresh and bring me back to the top of the page. With the new layout, after I have changed the status of the watchlist, the whole page will refresh and brings me back up to the top of the page, which is annoying when the project is not right at the top.

Please bring back the Project Reference number on the Watchlist Updates
I use the reference number as a quick search in my spreadsheets and found it very useful to track down the project from the watchlist update emails. The new layout today does not feature the number.
It's extremely useful when various different contractors refer to the same project by different names.

Could watchlist show more than 10 projects?
Currently on watchlist page under "open tenders on watchlist" I see only 10 projects. To view more watched projects I have to click Archive. I'd like to see all watched projects on same screen.
Recently awarded projects are taking up space on watchlist, but they are already listed under the Awarded tab.
3 votesWe have had a tinker with the watchlist to ensure it always shows all your open projects. If you have any further suggestions, please send them through!

Project Titles
On longer Project Names or Titles, I find some part of the description being cut off and being replaced with "..." which doesn't tell me the full description:
Example:
Project ID #73057
Project ID #73014is there a way to show what the full description and title is please?

Please put name of successful contractor back on the awarded tender
Is it possible to put the name of the successful contractor back on the awarded tender page?
I know that if you click through to the project it will tell you who was successful but it is more efficient and beneficial for us to have it all sitting in front of us on the screen, while looking at all of the projects.1 voteHi Helen,

Builders List
Please bring back the Builders as a list. I use this to quickly populate a spreadsheet list for quoting. Having to cut and paste lots of elements from individual builders 'boxes' is very cumbersome.
I understand change can be disrupting to some and you can't keep everyone happy, but all of the new updates seem contrary to streamlining the service.

In search allow to flag project as not interested
When searching projects all searches for a partcile word or trade come up, even though you may have decided not to quote or be interested in project. It would be great if you could flag a project as not being interested and once flagged it will no longer come up in search. Search can be quite full of projects and some you have already decided not to tender for. Just a thought.

Increase the number of results in the search to more than 10
Increase the number of results in the search to more than 10 or am I missing something. Before I posted this there were other postings referring to 25 and 50 results. Is there a setting I've missed?

Notify supplier when products are specified
This would add significant value for us. Being able to be notified when our brand is specified would allow us to filter projects effectively.
31 votesFor suppliers there is a new feature called Speci-Finder that is now available. It enables you to set keywords that when found in the documents of new tenders will trigger an email report listing those projects on a daily or weekly basis.
