  1. Allow Builders to change a Subcontractors package after sending

    Allow Builders to update a Subcontractor's package if they are yet to respond to the initial invitation.

    In the event you have sent the wrong package it would be good to be able to update the package prior to the Subbie downloading the documentation.

    Unfortunately this won’t be possible. What you can do is revoke the invitation you have sent and issue them a new package.

  2. Add the ability to edit a note left on the Invites and Responses page

    In case there is an error in what was written or if the note left is no longer entirely relevant.

    Thanks for your suggestion, but we currently do not see the benefit in allowing notes to be edited.

  3. Add a way for me to send only a Revision to a single contact

    Sometimes we want to invite an additional contact to a tender.

    They don't need to download everything again as the company already has it, but they do require the revisions.

    Currently, we have to send the entire link. Being able to just send them a revision link without the original package would be helpful.

    Appreciate the feedback. At the moment we will not be progressing with this feature. We believe that this requires further investigation, so we are able to do it in a way that will be of significant benefit to many EstimateOne users.

  4. Allow individual notes to be deleted from Address Book entries

    Thanks for your suggestion and for putting your support behind this idea, we appreciate you taking the time to do this. We have added a few safeguards to the system in order to prevent Users adding notes in the wrong place. We hope that this will minimise the number of notes that need to be removed in the future. We are going to leave this suggestion open for the time being to capture any other Users who require this functionality however at this stage we are not adding the ability to delete notes in the Address Book.
