Display mobile phone number over the office phone number
In the "INVITES & RESPONSES" tab of a project, the "PHONE" column will always prioritise the office number/company number of each contact over their direct phone number.
E.g. if I add a phone number to the company (02 XXXX XXXX) and then add a contact to that company with a mobile number (04XX *** ***), then the company number will be displayed in the "PHONE" column of the project when an invite is sent to that person rather than their mobile number.
Hi Jess,
We can see this is an important feature to you! We currently surface the company office number to maintain confidentiality of private information. We do understand that every company has unique requirements, so we may consider adding an option to include a mobile number, that way you can chose what’s right for you and your business.
For the time being, we recommend utilising the project description section to share alternate contact number/s. Happy tendering!

Hi Jess,
Thank you for clarifying, and appreciate the difference with what you've asked for. You're right, this doesn't impact confidentiality when you already know the contact.
We're happy to take your feedback on board and look at how you can customise the Invites and Responses page to include these contact details. -

Hi Zaiga,
Thank you for your response, but I feel there is a slight misunderstanding here. Within the context of my idea, your comment of "maintaining confidentiality" is very confusing. It seems you have simply copy pasted your response on one of my other ideas...
This idea refers to the "Invites & Responses" tab within a project that the Head Contractor has created. At this point, the Head Contractor already has the company phone number AND the mobile phone number of the Subcontractor that they are sending a tender package to, so it makes no sense to say that EstimateOne is currently set to prioritise the Subcontractor's office phone number over the contact's mobile number in the "PHONE" column to maintain confidentiality!
I hope this gives you a better understanding of what I am trying to suggest.
