Hi Jess,
We can see this is an important feature to you! We currently surface the company office number to maintain confidentiality of private information. We do understand that every company has unique requirements, so we may consider adding an option to include a mobile number, that way you can chose what’s right for you and your business.

Thank you for your response, but I feel there is a slight misunderstanding here. I am referring to the "Invitation to Tender" Email that is sent to subcontractors when we issue a package.
You said EstimateOne currently surfaces the company office number. This is not the case for the context of the "Invitation to Tender" email. Currently, the only contact information displayed in the "Invitation to Tender" email is the Company name, Head Estimator's name & Head Estimator's email address.
I was suggesting that the Head Estimator's mobile phone number be included in this initial email along with his/her email address for ease of correspondence between the subcontractor and the head contractor.

Thanks for putting your support behind this idea. We are currently investigating how we can better direct communications to both the estimating and construction teams that work on a project. We think this would be a huge time saver for Builders along with making Subbies jobs much easier. Thank you for this suggestion! It definitely makes sense, it’s something we will look into.
If it helps, the best way to do this at the moment would be inviting your subbies to a seperate tender and issuing them the required contract. When they sign and return, you can create a new tender issuing the documentation to the compliant subcontractors.Jess Park

Thank you for this great suggestion! We know that builders refer to our Invites & Responses often while managing their tender. We also understand that builders leave notes against subbies as a reminder to call them back. So it makes a lot of sense for builders to be able to tag subbies with a reminder to call.

We will be considering this idea later in the year. For the time being you can issue packages in stages and update the closing date before each stage.

Thanks for your suggestion. We really try and limit the number of automated responses we issue your subcontractors so as they do not get overladed. However, there could be a way of us helping you manage this better.

I agree with Christine. It could even ask you to select which subcontractors you wish to notify (of course with an option to select/deselect all)

Thank you for your response, but I feel there is a slight misunderstanding here. Within the context of my idea, your comment of "maintaining confidentiality" is very confusing. It seems you have simply copy pasted your response on one of my other ideas...
This idea refers to the "Invites & Responses" tab within a project that the Head Contractor has created. At this point, the Head Contractor already has the company phone number AND the mobile phone number of the Subcontractor that they are sending a tender package to, so it makes no sense to say that EstimateOne is currently set to prioritise the Subcontractor's office phone number over the contact's mobile number in the "PHONE" column to maintain confidentiality!
I hope this gives you a better understanding of what I am trying to suggest.
