Notify all of addendums/revisions
Subcontractors who have not downloaded documents should still be notified of any changes that affect the package they were sent.
Subcontractors who have been marked as "not quoting" are the only people who should not be notified of an Addendum or Revision affecting their package.

We intentionally limit the numver of automated notfications we send to your subcontractors so as not to overlaod them. However, you have the ability to manually issue Correspondence and Notifications of Addenda to your subcontarctors from the Invitations and Responses page.

I totally agreed...
I came to realized today the system didn't send addendum to those subbies who did not responded in the first invitation. All subbies except those who declined, should be notified addendum. -

We agree this is essential to ensure we have fulfilled our duty to notify subcontractors of any notices. Currently those subs who do not engage with the system but still provide quotes having obtained documents elsewhere are not reliably informed about document changes.
