    Thanks for the suggestion. We’ve tried to keep the invites and responses page as simple as possible for you to keep of track of what is happening in the project at a glance. We agree that it would be great to be able to manage your workflow for the project in greater depth in the EstimateOne account, and we’ll be looking into how we can improve the invites and reponse page in the future.

    Thanks for the feedback. There are two ways of managing this.
    You can click on “Filename” above the documents and sort this which will order documents in alphanumerical order. Alternatively you can prefix numbers under 10 with a 0.

    Thanks for your feedback. We can understand the need for our builders to have this ability, but we still need to undertake some further investigation to make sure we cater for everyone. We will definitely consider this as we make additional improvements to the product.

  7. Include a field for us to enter the Estimator's direct phone (or mobile) number in the Project Details.

    Thanks for putting your support behind this idea. We are currently investigating how we can better direct communications to both the estimating and construction teams that work on a project. We think this would be a huge time saver for Builders along with making Subbies jobs much easier.     Thank you for your feedback. We understand that duplicates in your Address Book can be frustrating when selecting subcontractors to invite to tender. We are currently looking at improving the Address Book management to streamline the subcontractor selection process.
