Alert me of a potential duplicate when adding companies and contacts to my Address Book
Could you please prompt me when I am adding a company or a contact to my address book if they are the same or similar to an existing entry?

Enable Builders to create lists based on Subcontractors who QUOTED on a previous tender
It would be good if rather than creating a list based on all invitation sent on a previous tender, we could create a list based on Subbies who "Quoted" on that tender. This would allow us to continually invite contacts who support us during tenders rather than everyone we invited.

Add a way for Builders to send invitations to "new" Subbies
When undertaking a send out it would be good if I could tell which Subbies were added to my Address Book in the last 30 days. That way I can target the Subbies I know have recently expressed interest in tendering our work.

Subcontractor Quote Percentage
It would be good if Builders could get an understanding of our Subbie's response and quotation rates when inviting Subbies to tender.
A list of past tenders is available in the address book, but it would be good if this information was visible as a simple statistic that we can show and hide as a column in the Invite Multiple contacts table.
The information that would be good to see would be the
- Quotation response rate for each Subbie
- Percentage of tenders each Subbie has not quoted

Allow Builders to generate reports based on subcontractor's responses to previous tender.
I would like to be able to view the 100 Subbies who have been sent the most unactioned tenders
I would like to see the 20 Subbies who have the lowest quotation rate
etc.

Add a subject column to the correspondence list
It would be good to be able to see the subject of the correspondence in the correspondence list instead of just the correspondence type.

Include the "Company Name" on the printouts of a contacts Audit Trail
When I print out an Audit Trail it would be great if I could see not only the persons name but also the company they are from.
This could probably replace the "Head Contractors" name as it appears on the printout.

Allow me to add a Contact Phone Number when using the "Invite Single" feature to enter a contact to my Address Book.
The phone number is displayed on the Invites and Responses page however I can't add a phone number when inviting a new contact that I add via the Invite Single feature.

Add a search function to "Recently Awarded Work" section.
This would allow us to search for projects that we had tendered for months ago, instead of clicking through multiple pages of Awarded Work

When viewing All Projects I only want to see projects in my state.
Projects in another state do not interest me. When viewing projects 600km from our office we can see some projects in Victoria which we do not need to see.

Instead of the audit trail report stating “Correspondence sent” could it state the title of the correspondence
That way we have a record of exactly what was sent on the one report

Add a way to build a list of new Subcontractors
It would be good if we could create a list of Subcontractors that we have only recently added to our Address Book. This will assist us to build relationships with Subcontractors we may have never worked with before.
