Alert me of a potential duplicate when adding companies and contacts to my Address Book
Could you please prompt me when I am adding a company or a contact to my address book if they are the same or similar to an existing entry?

Right now I am finding a lot of double ups in our address book. It would be really handy when someone is adding a new company if there was the following features:
- Something that prevents a company being added if another company already exists.
- Something that prompts Users to edit an existing entry rather than create a new entry if the new company or contact matches a company already in my Address Book. -

This also needs to be replicated at the sub-contractor end, it is commonplace that we will invite a contact from our company list and then have documents downloaded by an E1 member of the same company but obviously under a different listing.

When adding a new contact or company to my address book it would be good if the system could check to see if a contact with a similar name already exists and if so, allow me to add a new contact to the existing entry rather than creating a duplicate entry for the same company.
