Thanks for your suggestion. We really try and limit the number of automated responses we issue your subcontractors so as they do not get overladed. However, there could be a way of us helping you manage this better.

    I agree with Christine. It could even ask you to select which subcontractors you wish to notify (of course with an option to select/deselect all)

    I would like to see this prompt us to send notification to subcontractors. I might not always want to automatically send out a date change notification. But if asked first... "You have changed the close date, would you like to notify subcontractors?"
    Yes / No
