Show the contact's position when sending invitations
Could you please add the contact's position next to their name on the selection page for sending invitations?
Some subcontractors include their project manager's contact on Estimate One, but we only want to send quote invitations to the estimating team, because the site staff won't care about the invitations.
When sending invitations, only their names are displayed, so we can't quickly tick the people who actually does estimating.
If there is not enough space to show their positions, remove the phone number column, because when sending bulk invitations, their phone number is the last thing we need to know.

Category for media services (timelapse, photography, video, drone)
Currently without specific categories that allows tendering builders to select our industry sector, narrowing down project specific requirements continues to be a major drawback to using the platform.
This continues to result in us (and others in the sector) not being able to establish solid responses to estimating tenderers, nor these tendering construction firms being able to select our industry sector as a trade requirement for the project, despite our sector often being a specific requirement within the master tender documents.
What we find instead, is our sector being category dumped into broader irrelevant categories such as Security or Audio…

List Glass Bricks/Glass Blocks as a separate trade.
This is a trade that is specialised but often only included in masonry or aluminium window packages. The issue here is most bricklayers don't want to install glass bricks and glaziers are unable to.
Currently our only search option is keywords which drags up every blanket specification mentioning glass bricks/blocks even if there are none in the particular project. Many hours of fruitless document searching is required to locate this product and trade.2 votes -

Estimate One is to regular once a week would be adequate to receive information, too many emails get lost in the system and not read. I barely get time to do my job, therefore, I can't read every email that hits my screen. To improve the whole system would be to get the client (Builders) to send only relevant trade documents and not every document meant for other trades, all these things have a major impact on productively.
In summary, this is the first estimate one email ive open in months. Personly I don’t like getting a portal system to…2 votes -

State subscription should allow access to all State opportunities
When responding to a tender it is highly competitive, a lot of work and as such low reward.. resulting in a relatively high monthly outlay.. Not complaining, however, please do not limit what opportunities we can see based on value (this appears to be a new rule to make more money, and unreasonable for responders).

When forwarding pricing for tenders can we add cc email feature?
Thank you Estimateone for including a feature of sending our pricing quotes to builders tendering for projects via Estimateone. But I am unable to cc some emails that I would like to add while sending out emails.

[Visualisation] Adding bookmark, note, or flag functions for project control for team.
When a whole team is doing quotation, members of a team always need to check if a project is in the process of quoting by a different member. If a flag function can be added to mark who is doing which project, and which project is not worth quoting for the team, a team can save a lot of time and really takeoff projects.
2 votesHi KS, something similar to this is something we are currently looking into. For the time being, a work around could be to mark the project off at ‘quoting’ and leaving a note against the project letting the team know who is currently working on the quote.

Tender status Clean-up, replicate Addr Book view for Comm Builders
The Address Book - Commercial Builder view (eg Multiplex Mel) displays Tenders 'Active', 'Recently Closed' and 'Awarded (Last 18 months)'...
This seems intuitive, but the general 'Tenders - Specifications' search results offers 'Open', 'Awarded' and 'Closed', with tenders moving from 'Open' to 'Closed' automatically, and maybe to 'Awarded' if updated by someone. My suggestion, 'Open', 'Recently Closed', 'Awarded (last 18 months)' and 'Archived'.
Also, no tender should sit in 'Recently Closed for longer than 6 months without being reviewed and closed appropriately through EsitmateOne intervention/research.
2 votesThanks for the feedback, we will soon be reviewing the categorisations of tenders to provide a consistent experience across the website.

Engagement Score for Builders
Subbies need the same level of relationship data that the builders receive via the Engagement Score dashboard.
It would be great to see a 12 month snapshot of a builders engagement, communication and performances.

Add : "Basements" as a seperate trade
Basements entail over a dozen different trades that can be quite specialised e.g. Geotextile membranes; plumbing; steel fixers; piling. "Basement tanking waterproofing" is for example totally different to "Waterproofing"
