Add : "Basements" as a seperate trade
Basements entail over a dozen different trades that can be quite specialised e.g. Geotextile membranes; plumbing; steel fixers; piling. "Basement tanking waterproofing" is for example totally different to "Waterproofing"

Category for media services (timelapse, photography, video, drone)
Currently without specific categories that allows tendering builders to select our industry sector, narrowing down project specific requirements continues to be a major drawback to using the platform.
This continues to result in us (and others in the sector) not being able to establish solid responses to estimating tenderers, nor these tendering construction firms being able to select our industry sector as a trade requirement for the project, despite our sector often being a specific requirement within the master tender documents.
What we find instead, is our sector being category dumped into broader irrelevant categories such as Security or Audio…

Request documents with a tailored email template
It would be very useful to have the option to add a note (from a template we could upload, or in a text box) when requesting documents - to allow some personal contact without sending two emails/calling just to let someone know we would like to download docs.

List Glass Bricks/Glass Blocks as a separate trade.
This is a trade that is specialised but often only included in masonry or aluminium window packages. The issue here is most bricklayers don't want to install glass bricks and glaziers are unable to.
Currently our only search option is keywords which drags up every blanket specification mentioning glass bricks/blocks even if there are none in the particular project. Many hours of fruitless document searching is required to locate this product and trade.2 votes -
Add more trade categories to best suit businesses.
Our business provides rental solutions in mobile power and light towers. There should be a hire category which should then filter options such as generator and light tower hire.

Estimate One is to regular once a week would be adequate to receive information, too many emails get lost in the system and not read. I barely get time to do my job, therefore, I can't read every email that hits my screen. To improve the whole system would be to get the client (Builders) to send only relevant trade documents and not every document meant for other trades, all these things have a major impact on productively.
In summary, this is the first estimate one email ive open in months. Personly I don’t like getting a portal system to…2 votes -

A usage report to be made available
A usage report to be made available of all team members of a company; this will facilitate account monitoring as well as usage and can even be used to monitor sales representative performance.
Also, that team members last log-in details is only available for viewing to the administrators and not to every single team members.

State subscription should allow access to all State opportunities
When responding to a tender it is highly competitive, a lot of work and as such low reward.. resulting in a relatively high monthly outlay.. Not complaining, however, please do not limit what opportunities we can see based on value (this appears to be a new rule to make more money, and unreasonable for responders).

Connect with Pipedrive, Aroflo and Buildsoft
To connect Estimateone with Aroflo so you can add client at the click of a button instead of copy and paste every time. Add client to Aroflo
To connect with pipedrive to assist with the sales process reminders etc. Get notified through pipedrive job awarded etc.
Connect with cubit or the like to transfer drawings etc instead of having to wait to download then wait to upload they are transmitted somehow between the platforms? (Send to Cubit button)

Project Status: 'Under Negotiation'
Good Morning Zaiga & Sophie.
Further to my earlier suggestions by e-mails to Sophie and Melanie, can you please include an additional option as 'Under Negotiation' or a similar wording in addition to 'Awarded/Lost/Withdrawn' under ACTIVE PROJECTS. Furthermore, if you are running out space, 'Withdrawn' can be replaced with 'Under Negotiation' as I believe this is hardly used by any builders.

Tender Closing Date
Hi Zaiga,
Further to my earlier suggestion by e-mail to Sophie and Melanie, can you please include the closing date in the subject line of the Invite as the subbies often read from their mobiles and keep tracking/responding to the quote request.eg: 'Project Title' - Suburb; Tender Close: 18/12/19
