Thanks for your suggestion Chad. We are looking into whether this is possible in all areas of the app. We know that this would be of great help to speed up and streamline the app, but may take some time due to some technical implications of using the auto-suggest feature across the board. We are committed to improving this throughout the app, but currently aren’t able to have the auto suggest feature, hopefully we can soon!

Cheers for the suggestion. Right now you could issue separate correspondence, but we can certainly see how being able to do this in the same step would be easier.

Appreciate the feedback.
We can understand why being able to see when a subcontractor was added is important information to have. We will definitely consider your suggestion as we look to improve subcontractor management on EstimateOne.

Thanks for your feedback. Great suggestion, we will be looking into how we can improve the information in the Address book and bring useful information like this to the forefront of the app. We understand that this would be useful for keeping the whole team up to date.

We know that this would be helpful for you to manage how current your Subcontractors are, and assist you in managing your address book.
We will be looking into this and other improvements to the Address Book shortly and will take this suggestion on board. In the meantime, we recommend making a note of the date a contact was added in the notes section of the Contact Details for your referral.

Right now I am finding a lot of double ups in our address book. It would be really handy when someone is adding a new company if there was the following features:
- Something that prevents a company being added if another company already exists.
- Something that prompts Users to edit an existing entry rather than create a new entry if the new company or contact matches a company already in my Address Book.
