    This also needs to be replicated at the sub-contractor end, it is commonplace that we will invite a contact from our company list and then have documents downloaded by an E1 member of the same company but obviously under a different listing.

  3. Notify when subcontractors have downloaded tender docs from another builder for the same project you are tendering.
