Better align the filters and columns on the Invites and Responses table
It would be great if the "Response Status" filter was on top of the "Response Status" column when I review invites and responses.
1 voteThanks for the suggestion. We understand why being able to filter by response is a valuable features for builders. At the moment you can filter by response status via the drop down arrow and select what you want to filter by. We are looking into ways of improving response management and your feedback will be considered as we move through that process.

Make it clearer in my Address Book when I am viewing a company that has unapproved contacts awaiting approval
It would be good in my address book if I could see on a companies entry that there are "unapproved requests" from users at that company who would also like to join my Address Book.
2 votesThanks for your suggestion. We’ll work on surfacing and managing these requests better.

Subcontractor Addition Date
When adding subcontractors to address book there should be an option of inputting a date to know when we added them
5 votesThanks for the suggestion, great idea!
We know that this would be helpful for you to manage how current your Subcontractors are, and assist you in managing your address book.
We will be looking into this and other improvements to the Address Book shortly and will take this suggestion on board. In the meantime, we recommend making a note of the date a contact was added in the notes section of the Contact Details for your referral.

Allow me to add a Contact Phone Number when using the "Invite Single" feature to enter a contact to my Address Book.
The phone number is displayed on the Invites and Responses page however I can't add a phone number when inviting a new contact that I add via the Invite Single feature.
3 votesWe’re working on a fix for this right now, thanks for the feedback.

I want to search my Address Book by a phone number
If I miss a call from a number not saved in my phone it would be good if I could search for that number in EstimateOne to find out who they are before I call them back.
10 votesCheers for the suggestion. We always welcome and appreciate feedback from customers on what we could improve.
-
Add a way for Builders to send invitations to "new" Subbies
When undertaking a send out it would be good if I could tell which Subbies were added to my Address Book in the last 30 days. That way I can target the Subbies I know have recently expressed interest in tendering our work.
7 votesThanks for the feedback. We are working on ways to improve how we display information in your account. We will take this on board as we move through the process.

Freeze table headings at the top of the page when scrolling down the Invites and Responses table
It would be good if we could freeze the table heading at the top of the page when scrolling down the Invites and Responses table.
The items we would like fixed at the top of the table in order of most to least important are:
- The project name
- The quick actions menu
- The search and filter items
- The table header row (Company, Contact Name, Phone etc))2 votesThanks for your suggestion, we’ll look into this for you.

Allow longer trade names to be displayed on the Trades Required page
A large number of our trade names are so long that we can't see the full name when selecting trades for a tender.
This makes it hard to be sure which trades we have selected and if they are the correct trade.
It would be good if we could see the full trade name, either by having the whole name showing, or by showing the trade name when you hover your mouse on the truncated trade name.
2 votesThanks, this is a known issue and we’re looking into a way of fixing it.

Prevent Users with the access level "standard" from being able to edit their email address
This will prevent them from being able to send themselves an access link to their personal email address in the event they leave the company.
1 voteAppreciate the feedback. At EstimateOne we place the utmost importance on keeping your private information safe. We believe this is a good idea, and we will definitely consider it as we look to make further improvements to account security.

Alert me of a potential duplicate when adding companies and contacts to my Address Book
Could you please prompt me when I am adding a company or a contact to my address book if they are the same or similar to an existing entry?
33 votesThanks, this is an item that we will be working on in the coming weeks, keep an eye out for this improvement.

Include Company response rates on Address Book excel export
Would be really handy if we could export our Response and Quotation rates for each Subcontractor in our Address Book. That way we can pass this list on to our Operations team so they can reward Subbies who price at tender with contracts to build.
A list of past tenders is available in the address book, but it would be good if this information was visible as a simple statistic that we can export with the Address Book.
The information that would be good to see would be the
- Quotation response rate for each Subbie
- Percentage of tenders…2 votesAppreciate the feedback. We understand this sort of information would be valuable in your subcontractor selection. We are currently reviewing ways to better surface information captured in your account. Cheers.

Allow Builders to add and edit their own disciplines
We would like update our own disciplines to reflect the way we break up pricing for our clients.
Our disciplines will change over time so we will want to update the discipline headings going forward.
6 votesWe’ll be working on making this feature available in the upcoming months. Stay tuned!

Display how many 'Notes' a company has in their Address Book entry the same as 'Files' and 'Tender Invitations'
The previous version of EstimateOne had the number of notes bracketed, example, (2). This feature no longer exists.
Will you be putting this back on? I need quick access to notes to find out if they need hard copies.
Currently there are too many steps (and wasted time) getting this information. So annoying. Can't you think of an easier/quicker way to find out who needs hard copies?
3 votesThanks for your feedback. There is an option to “Display most Recent Note” from this page which will help with this.
-
Add a search function to "Recently Awarded Work" section.
This would allow us to search for projects that we had tendered for months ago, instead of clicking through multiple pages of Awarded Work
2 votesWe’re working on a fix for this at the moment, thanks for the feedback.
-
Include the total number of approved requests in the number of "Invites Sent" or "Requests" on the Active & Recent Projects table.
So that I can see how many invites were sent and how many requests I have approved without having to the view the invites and responses page.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. We understand that this information is important to you. We will look at ways of surfacing this in the app as we make additional improvements.

When viewing All Projects I only want to see projects in my state.
Projects in another state do not interest me. When viewing projects 600km from our office we can see some projects in Victoria which we do not need to see.
2 votesWe’re working on a fix for this, thanks for the feedback.

Include a field for us to enter the Estimator's direct phone (or mobile) number in the Project Details.
It would be handy to include a field for our estimators direct phone (or mobile).
By default the phone number listed would be the company phone number. We have an estimator who works from home, so it would be good if we could list their mobile instead of the office number for projects they are looking after.
In doing so, we would like the Estimator's direct phone number to be included in all correspondence emails our Subbies receive.
7 votesThanks for putting your support behind this idea. We are currently investigating how we can better direct communications to both the estimating and construction teams that work on a project. We think this would be a huge time saver for Builders along with making Subbies jobs much easier. Once we have a better idea of how we would deliver this functionality we will be in touch to discuss it with you. Cheers, Gilad.

Keep an Audit Trail of changes made to companies in my Address Book.
So that I can view if contact or company details have been recently changed in my Address Book.
It would be good if I could see who (Users of my Account) made the changes, when the changes were made and what the details were changed from/to.
It would also be handy if we could view all the changes made in the last 12 months, as opposed to just the most recent 3 changes.
5 votesThanks for your feedback. We understand that this would give you better transparency in your EstimateOne account and help keep you on top of your Adresss Book. We will keep this great idea on board for when we look into improving the Address Book and how you can manage it.
-
Instead of the audit trail report stating “Correspondence sent” could it state the title of the correspondence
That way we have a record of exactly what was sent on the one report
1 voteWe’re working on a fix for this, thanks for the feedback.

Make it clearer in the Transmittal email that documents have already been sent and can be accessed from a separate email.
I am getting a number of calls from my Subcontractors who are attempting to download documents from the email they have received that contains their Document Transmittal.
It would be good if this email explicitly stated that no documents are available for download, or if this email contained a link that Subbies could access to download documents.
3 votesThanks Grant, happy to look into this for you, appreciate it must be time consuming explaining this to individual subcontractors.
